This dam project consisted of remachining the face of a 108″ lower flange and boring holes in an upper flange. Total project time was 7 days, mobilization to demobilization. All equipment used was manufactured by CFS.
This MSIV project consisted of both the inboard and outboard sets of MSIV’s for a total of 8 valves. Work on each valve varied from just mapping, skimming and honing, to a full guide rib repair. The work scope of this repair included skim cutting two seal faces, machining out two studs from the suction end, and a weld repair and machining of the stuffing box face and bore. read more…
