We at CFS have designed and built the vast majority of our field tooling for both our machining and welding applications. Our in-house engineering resources have the ability to design, reverse engineer and 3D model components as necessary.

Job Samples
This dam project consisted of remachining the face of a 108″ lower flange and boring holes in an upper flange. Total project time was 7 days, mobilization to demobilization. All equipment used was manufactured by CFS.
This MSIV project consisted of both the inboard and outboard sets of MSIV’s for a total of 8 valves. Work on each valve varied from just mapping, skimming and honing, to a full guide rib repair.
